Need a good wifi and data connection.You can also share hotspot from another phone.Turn on randomized mac address in one of the emulator in emulator settings as showed in the video and follow the process.

1Download the emulator.
2Clone the emulator. If u face prblm while cloning search google or youtube.You can also use system cloner and other cloner too
3Select the bios and roms directory in both emulators.(Try to put your bios and roms outside the download folder if ur facing problems).Follow everything in the video.
4Now u can edit the layout in both emulators for spilt screen coz it will give more user friendly interface.
5Now spilt the screen and open both emulators and then enjoy?.
Those who are facing communication error make sure u fulfill this conditions
1 Make sure your connection is good.
2 Turn on randomized mac address on any emulator.
3 Turn off all the application which is consuming data.
4 Try to connect both quickly and simultaneously
5 Put your rom outside the download folder. Then check again.
6 If your rom is running less than 30fps then communication error will more likely to happen. There’s nothing can be done. Then u have to wait for performance improvement.

⏪Local Multiplayer ⏩
The DS has very strict timings when it comes to local multiplayer connectivity and using wireless communications will surely cause problems.The possibility is try to run 2 melonDS instances on the same device, which should, in theory, provide almost instantaneous communication.Bt to implement it the full code need to be changed which is not possible rn(U can always request the devoloper).In the meantime u can use emulator clone trick bt thats not user friendly and sometimes gives communication error.And of course u can’t use two phones rn?.So battle or playing with friends locally still not possible.
⏪Online Multiplayer⏩
