This is to show how to do a basic setup to run 28BYJ48 stepper motors with Arduino CNC shield with GRBL 0.8C, GRBL controller is used to send gcode/.nc file to arduino
A4988 is stepper drive each for one axis….

Trying An Arduino With GRBL And UGS For A CNC Lathe Build


Getting ready to turn my wood lathe into a simple CNC lathe and decided to Learn to use a Arduino with GRBL 1.1 to control it. Also tried Autocad Fusion 360 for the drawing and g code creation. This is a very rough overview of how I will be using an Arduino and steppers to convert my lathe. And Fusion 360 for the code to run it. CNC equipment does not have to break the bank anymore.
