Safe Mode là chế độ người dùng mà khi Windows khởi động nó không không chạy hết các trình điều khiển trên máy tính, và hoạt động bằng cách sử dụng chế độ card màn hình VGA chương trình (chạy trong phạm vi 16 màu, độ phân giải màn hình chỉ 640×480 hoặc 800×600 pixel), giúp chúng ta có thể xoá hoặc thay đổi một số thiết lập trên Windows.
Để vào chế độ Safe Mode trên Windows 10 sẽ khác với các vào Safe Mode trên Windows Xp và Windows 7 (khi máy khởi động bấm phím F8 để vào Safe Mode).
Cách thực hiện như sau:
1. Vào Windows 10 ở chế độ bình thường, bấm phím Windows + R để mở hộp thoại Run gõ vào msconfig và bấm Enter
2. Chọn Tab boot \\ Đánh dấu vào mục Safe Mode boot \\ bấm Apply \\ OK
3. Khởi động lại máy tính
Sau khi khởi động lại máy tính, thì windows sẽ tự động vào chế độ Safe Mode nên chúng ta không cần phải bấm hay làm thêm thao tác nào nữa.
Sau khi vào chế độ Safe Mode để chỉnh sửa xong thì chúng ta khoan hãy Shutdown máy tính mà vào lại msconfig để tắt chế độ Safe Mode đi.
Khởi động lại máy tính, thì lúc này nó sẽ trở về chế độ bình thường trên Windows 10.

Method 1: Using System Configuration tool
1. Press the Win+R key combination and type msconfig in the run.
2. Click the Boot tab. Check the \”Safe boot\” box and Click ok and your computer will boot into Safe Mode next time it restarts.
Method 2: Shift + Restart Option
Press the Power button from Start menu, or at Windows login screen. Then, press and hold the SHIFT key on your keyboard and click Restart.
Method 3: Shift+F8
Hold the Shift button and mash the F8 key when Windows starts. This will sometimes boot you into the new advanced repair options.
1. Click on the Troubleshoot option
2. Now select Advanced Options.
3. Now choose the Windows Startup Settings option
4. Then hit the Restart button
5. Press the F4 key on your keyboard, to enable Safe Mode

1. Interrupt the normal windows 10 boot process three times in a row
