IMPORTANT WORKING METHOD OF 2021:

Adobe AIR websites have been updated. As shown in the video (01:33 to 01:52) Adobe Air is no more available from the Adobe website, you will have to download it from the Harman website.
Nothing much to worry much, the links are updated in the Scratch website (01:00) also where when you click on \”Adobe AIR\”, it gets you to: [HARMAN WEBSITE] Adobe AIR Runtimes for end user download, below you get an option, ‘Adobe AIR for Windows’ click on it and it will download the Adobe AIR. Once you download Adobe AIR you can follow up with the above video.
