7 Simple Mods to Improve GTA IV’s Gameplay
With these mods, I aim to improve the core gameplay of GTA 4 without changing the experience too much. There are 4 main mods, and 3 addons or alternatives, meaning a few others than can either be combined with the main ones or replaced by them. 1. RealityIV 2.0
Graphical overhaul. Changes the skybox, coronas, shaders, and adjusts the colours.

2. Realistic Driving \u0026 Flying
Reworks every vehicle to be more realistic and makes driving way more fun, giving the players the ability to drift, drive faster, spin out, and so much more.

3. Weapon Realism Mod
Tweaks all the weapon stats, adjusting many limiting factors like range and rate of fire. Experience a more deadly weapon set and a slightly harder game.

Similar to Weapon Realism Mod in the way it overhauls the statistics of every weapon, except it instead offers a much more hardcore experience. Damage is high, rate of fire often higher, range unforgiving to distant enemies, and so on.

4. Bank Account
For the first time, separate cash from bank balance! Now Niko can physically manage his money by going to an ATM and choosing how much to withdraw or deposit. Tweaking the .ini file will also let you choose how much of Niko’s cash or bank balance will be lost upon death or arrest.

This is my configuration settings for the bank account mod, it will mean you lose ALL your onhand cash when you die or get arrested. And from your bank account? $2,000. Plus, all my other smaller settings, like how much money can be transferred at once.
