Method 1: Using System Configuration tool
1. Press the Win+R key combination and type msconfig in the run.
2. Click the Boot tab. Check the \”Safe boot\” box and Click ok and your computer will boot into Safe Mode next time it restarts.
Method 2: Shift + Restart Option
Press the Power button from Start menu, or at Windows login screen. Then, press and hold the SHIFT key on your keyboard and click Restart.
Method 3: Shift+F8
Hold the Shift button and mash the F8 key when Windows starts. This will sometimes boot you into the new advanced repair options.
1. Click on the Troubleshoot option
2. Now select Advanced Options.
3. Now choose the Windows Startup Settings option
4. Then hit the Restart button
5. Press the F4 key on your keyboard, to enable Safe Mode

Boot into Safe Mode on Windows 7
If you have problem on Windows, for example, your PC is infected with malware, conflicted/corrupted drivers, or install an incompatible program, which may cause your system unstable and sometimes you may not be able to boot into Windows in normal mode, you can try to boot into Safe Mode to fix these problems.
Note: This video only shows how to enter Safe Mode on Windows 7, not including how to fix problem on your system.
There are 2 methods to enter Safe Mode on Windows 7 which are as following:
1. Press F8 before Windows boots.
This method is the easiest way to enter Safe Mode, but it may not work on some system.
2. Edit msconfig to enable Safe Boot
If the first method doesn’t work, you can try this one, but you need to be able to access Windows in normal mode in order to modify msconfig.
